Custom multi-pedal deposits are non-refundable.
Custom artwork cancellation will carry a cancellation fee if the pedal is already in progress.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or money-back.
Buyer assumes return shipping costs, PayPal or Stripe fees.
If upon order arrival you receive faulty / damaged product(s), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ship a replacement or fix the issue for free.
We will reimburse the return shipping costs you will initially pay so make sure to keep the receipt!
A damaged or faulty product DOES NOT warrant refunds.
If you decide to cancel your order prior to its dispatch, we will issue a refund reduced by the fees applied by PayPal or Stripe depending on your method of payment.
If you decide to deny receipt of your order when delivery is attempted by the courier company and the package makes its way back to us, we will issue a refund reduced by the fees applied by PayPal or Stripe depending on your method of payment, shipping costs as well as any re-import fees we might be called to pay in order to clear it from Greek customs.
