"Meet the “Eureka!” Fuzz: the massively mean scream queen of fuzz machines. This stompbox is my favorite pedal in the entire JAM lineup and my “grab-and go” fuzz of choice for any uncertain situation. She’s rock-solid—no matter the temperature, pedal order, or how many buffers or wireless boxes I throw her way.

Rain or shine, she always gives my guitar the vitamins and supplements it needs for optimal rock-ability. When recording my first album, “Aww Man”, last year, the “Eureka!” was all over the place—adding its magic touch whenever my guitar lines needed an extra kick of chili oil.

To celebrate the album’s release, I wanted to pay tribute to this trusty little box with a gorgeous colorway inspired by the album artwork. I hope it brings you as many big smiles and strums as it has for me over the years."

John Achenbach is a Storyboard Artist and Animation Professional with a long history on the legendary show “The Simpsons” and a guitarist/musician. The “Achenbach Series” is the result of a loving friendship that has developed through the years out of mutual respect for what each of us does!

About Eureka!:

Hybrid fuzz character
Silicon transistors are arranged to combine germanium-style dynamic midrange with full-bodied Muff-inspired fuzz-distortion.

Three bass settings
Middle position applies no bass boost; the first boost adds low-end weight; the maximum setting adds still more bass and can produce gated fuzz with a sufficiently strong input.

Controls
Level controls output, Tone shapes the frequency balance and Gain sets saturation.
